What the game stores

A Tea Party stores its name, selected Tea Bag and questions, player nicknames and optional avatars, guest re-entry credentials, and votes needed to calculate results. A guest does not need an account. The Full Tea Set purchase record stores the order reference and checkout email needed to grant access.

Who can see votes

Individual choices are stored so the game can prevent duplicate votes and calculate the result. They are not returned to host or guest game screens. The host sees player names and an overall completion count. After the host reveals the Tea, players with a private game link can see aggregated results.

Storage and service providers

Game and entitlement data is stored with the application’s Convex service. The site may use PostHog to measure product actions when analytics is configured. Full Tea Set checkout and payment are handled by MadeThis. Those services process data under their own terms and privacy notices.

The game currently has no automatic expiration or self-service delete control. Game data remains stored unless the service operator removes it.

Your choices

Use a nickname rather than a legal name. Keep host and guest re-entry links private: they grant access to that game role. Invite only people who are comfortable playing, and do not put sensitive personal information in a game name or nickname.

Adults-only pack

Dirty Tea is marked 18+ and is intended only for adults. The other Tea Bags are social entertainment, not an account service for children.
